Really. Connecting with more survivors and sharing our stories has been exceedingly empowering for me. It's a reminder that we're not solo in our experiences and that there is certainly intensity in solidarity. I also found remedy to be extremely helpful in processing my trauma and discovery out healthy coping mechanisms.

Regrettably, indeed. One of the ideal challenges i faced was the fear of not at present becoming believed or taken seriously. It's a deeply ingrained societal stigma that survivors oftentimes need contend with, and it can be incredibly isolating. Breaking by way of that stigma and discovery supportive and understanding sources was a crucial step in my healing journey.
