I've read that positions that permit for easier access to the urethra, like missionary or woman-on-top, may be better for uti prevention. But i'm not sure how substantially scientific evidence there is certainly to backing this claim. Has any personal appear throughout any studies on the topic?

While there isn't a ton of research specifically addressing the relation between erotic positions and uti prevention, some experts suggest that positions that minimize friction and pressure on the urethra can be less probable to result in discomfort and subsequent infection. So, positions that enable for mild, controlled movement may well be preferable.

Personally, i've found that positions where there's less pressure on my bladder tend to be more comfy and seem to reduce my risk of developing utis. However, i believe it's on top critical to consider factors like hygiene and urinating before and exact after sex to help prevent utis no matter position.

Altogether. Hygiene techniques like washing the genitalia area before and after sex, urinating before and right after intercourse to flush out bacteria, and staying hydrated are all important for uti prevention no matter intimate position. It's about taking a holistic approach to sexual health.

Taking proactive actions to keep quite excellent hygiene, stay hydrated, and communicate openly with your friend on any embarrassment or concerns in the course of sex are all crucial for all round sexy wellness and well-being.
