I've attempted using a pulse plate a few times, and while it did feel kind of invigorating, i'm not of course if it truly produced a significant distinction in my fitness level. I feel it may possibly be 1 of those items where the results vary from individual to person.

I did a little bit of research on pulse plates, and it appears like there are some studies suggesting that they can help with factors like muscle intensity, balance, and even bone density. Nevertheless, the results aren't constantly consistent, and more study is essential to fully understand their benefits.
