great question! I feel those stereotypes can limit our potential. For instance, if a man is naturally more nurturing, he may possibly feel pressured to hide that side of himself to fit societal expectations. Similarly, a woman who is assertive might be labeled as "bossy" or "aggressive" rather being seen as a leader.
