Hi utterly everyone, i'm new to this forum, but this topic exactly resonates with me. I knowledgeable childhood erotic abuse, and it's some thing i've struggled with for years. It's validating to attend other individuals speak on their <b> experiences </b> and symptoms because it <b> makes </b> me feel less solo. One <b> thing </b> i've remark in myself is hypervigilance and flashbacks. Even as an adult, specific triggers can send me spiraling back to those traumatic <b> times </b> from my childhood. Does any person else practice some thing similar?
