That's a great point. I assume cultural norms really fun a role in how beards are perceived. In some cultures, a full beard is noticed as a indicator of maturity and virility, while in others, a clean-shaven face might be preferred. And as for age groups, i've remark that younger generations seem to be more accepting of beards as a mode statement, whereas older generations may have different views.
