It's heartening to see how far we've come in conditions of lgbtq+ representation in present years, but there's nevertheless work to be done. As followers and consumers of media, we have the energy to need more inclusive and authentic storytelling, whether that's by supporting lgbtq+ artists and projects or keeping the market accountable for detrimental stereotypes and erasure.
