Sexuality type Tests Helpful or Harmful?

I've taken a few of those tests before, and while they can be fun to do, i'm not sure how a lot weight we must actually give them. Sexuality is such a complex and multifaceted aspect of our identity, and i feel it's unrealistic to try to fit all and sundry into neat categories or types.
