Positive thing. The sexual abuse and cover-up accountability act, on top known as sb 360, aims to keep institutions accountable for covering up cases of erogenous abuse. It would require clergy to report instances of child abuse and neglect that they discover on in the course of confidential communications, removing the exemption that clergy currently have.
