I believe it's important to distinguish between personal beliefs and societal norms when discussing the morality of masturbation. While any individuals can personally abstain from masturbation due to religious or ethical motives, imposing those beliefs on others can be problematic. How do we balance individual convictions with regard for individual autonomy, particularly out-of-doors discourse?
