Can Vehicle wheel Alignment Cause Vibration Issues?

Thanks for your response. I haven't noticed any obvious signs of misalignment, even so the vibrations seem to be more evident when i'm driving at highway speeds. Could misalignment nevertheless be the cause even if the tires see okay?
