That's a really good question. Personally, queer sensuality is all on embracing the fluidity and diversity of person need and identity. It's on rejecting rigid groups and binaries and recognizing that eroticism exists on a spectrum. It's comprehensive of anyone who doesn't suit neatly into traditional definitions of personal orientation or gender identity.
