I agree. And probably there need to be more emphasis on risk assessment and individualized approaches to managing offenders. Not every individual on the registry poses identical level of risk, so it's essential to tailor interventions accordingly.

Those are fairly good recommendations. It's clear that there's no simple solution to this issue, but by having open and truthful discussions like this, we can hopefully move toward a system that better balances the wants of public safety, rehabilitation, and fairness.
