I think it depends on how the government manages it. If it's well-regulated and respectful of everyone's rights, then maybe. But it's a complex issue. ?

It's a Grey area for me. The ethical issues are quite heavy. What about the safety of both tourists and the locals involved? ?

Sexual tourism can also contribute to socio-economic disparities. We have to factor in those kind of societal effects. ?
