I personally found it helpful, but I guess it can vary from person to person. Some of my friends didn't have the same effect as I did. ?

I've tried it, and honestly didn't see a huge difference. I think it's best to consult with a physician before trying these types of products. ?

Agreed! Always better to be safe. I've read that it can cause side effects in some cases, so it's always best to check! ?
