Dream of sexual assault question: I had a dream about sexual assault. Need to I be concerned? - FarrahQ - 08-12-2024

Last night, I had a truly disturbing dream about being sexually assaulted. I woke up sentiment truly unsettled. Has anybody else skilled this? Should I be worried about it?

Dreams can be exactly intensive and sometimes reflect our subconscious thoughts or fears. It may be helpful to talk about it with somebody you believe in or even a therapist to unpack what it could mean for you personally.

I've had equivalent dreams before, and they can be truly upsetting. It doesn't always mean anything bad about you; dreams can be our brain's way of processing various feelings and anxieties.

It's definitely a good idea to take care of by yourself right after a dream like that. Talking it through with others can often give some perspective and help ease any worries you may have.
