I've heard these terms used interchangeably, but what truly distinguishes erogenous assault from sexual battery?
From my understanding, sensual assault involves any unwanted sexual contact or behavior, while erotic battery specifically refers to physical contact of a sexual nature without consent. Is that accurate?
