Last night time, I had a truly disturbing dream on getting sexually assaulted. I woke up feeling really unsettled. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be worried about it?

Dreams can be truly intense and occasionally reflect our subconscious thoughts or fears. It may be helpful to talk on it with somebody you have faith in or even a therapist to unpack what it could mean for you personally.

I've had similar desires before, and they can be really upsetting. It doesn't necessarily mean anything bad on you; dreams can be our brain's way of manufacturing various feelings and anxieties.

It's definitely a good idea to take care of yourself soon after a dream like that. Talking it via with other folks can often supply some perspective and help ease any worries you might have.
