I've seen people use "s4s" in chats and forums lately. Could any person clarify what it stands for in a sexual context?

As far as I know, "s4s" commonly means "swap for swap" in various online interactions. It typically refers to exchanging something, but I'm not sure how it applies to a sexual context. Anybody else have a diverse interpretation?
